I ordered two 48" white shelf systems and received one 48" shelf with a 46" bar, one 47 1/2" shelf with a 40" bar. Two different order numbers. The cost was $1,248 plus tax etc

Shelfology did resolve the issue with a 50% credit. The time period was over Christmas which explains the delayed response. As I mentioned above, mistakes happen and when it does, it’s the resolution that matters. Shelfology did everything required to resolve the mistake and for that, I would order again.
