Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the address change. As soon as an order is placed, our system is designed to immediately send it to our courier, FedEx, for the fastest possible dispatch. At that point, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to the order.
We did look into stopping the order with FedEx for you, but as per our terms and conditions, this process would have incurred a return-to-sender fee. Since the order was already with the courier, we couldn't simply reroute it without this charge being applied. We offered this as an option to prevent the item from being delivered to the incorrect address, but we understand why you were unhappy with the associated fee.
