Good servie
Good communication about delivery and prompt service. I found the product (metal coasters) to be a bit disappointing though as instead of being totally flat, they have a bit of a hump shape.

We attempted to get replacements for the coasters, but the vendor informs us that they are supposed to be a little bit convex. So we fully refunded your order and we have removed this item from our website. We don't really want to be selling things that disappoint our customers. Thanks for the review and all the helpful info!
