Poor Service - Non delivery of Goods

Having ordered 6 bags of Rock Salt for delivery and explained at time of order that my address is a work address only occupied between 8am - Midday and left a mobile number to call if delivery advice...

We have investigated your order and it does appear that your opening times and contact information were given to our courier. To ensure an AM delivery we do offer a guaranteed service at extra cost.
