Hi. Thanks for letting us know. Not had this before, so it's either a fault with the snooze function on the light or we've done a poor job of explaining how to trigger its operation. Snooze is turned in and off by pressing and holding the switch for 4 seconds, not by clicking it 4 times. I've asked one of the team to get in touch and speak with you about the problems you are experiencing to see if we can resolve them.
