Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Generally helpful but when I first approached the company I would have appreciated more feedback on the different regions and accessibility. I did ask but had little response. Although I loved our house, we would have chosen a different area if we'd had more information.
