We're sorry to hear you feel that the quality is not up to usual standard, I have just taken a look through your order history and have noted that on this occasion you had ordered our Essential range of product as opposed to your normal order of our standard premium towel range - Our essential range is more cost effective but they are slightly thinner than our standard waffle towels.
