Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

When ordering cards, it is important to identify whether the card is to be sent directly to the recipient, or to delivered to the sender with an extra envelope so that the card can be given in person. If you would like to contact our customer service team at customerservice@scribbler.com they will be able to assist you further and make sure that your other card is being sent with an extra envelope if selected when you ordered the card.
