Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the quality of the photo upload on the front of the card. It appears that because the image was zoomed in, the quality of the original image is no longer there as it has become slightly pixelated. Thank you for your feedback. All orders placed before 2.pm are despatched the same day. Unfortunately you order was placed after the 2.pm cut off meaning it was despatched on the Friday 21st December. We do state cards can take up to 3 working days particularly around Christmas time which on this occasion would not guarantee delivery in time for Christmas Day.
