Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Annoying that if you order it at 3pm on a Friday it doesn't get posted…

Thank you for your feedback. All cards must be ordered before 2pm if you require the card to be despatched the same day. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries so this time fits in with their postage delivery times. Unfortunately, although some mail is delivered on a Saturday, we can only send cards the next working day, so after Friday would be the Monday. We are however extremely sorry that your card was blurred and we would like to look into this further as this is one of our bestsellers so it's disappointing to hear that you were not happy with the card. A member of our customer service team will be in contact with you shortly.
