Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We have looked into your order and can confirm that your card was despatched January 18th and should have arrived no later than January 23rd as we do state that cards can take up to three working days to arrive. Due to the current weather conditions we have been notified that Royal Mail has been experiencing some minor delays which could have delayed your card slightly, which we apologise for.
