Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your feedback. We have checked your order and it appears the despatch date was selected as the 26th upon purchase. We give customers the option to select the day they would like the card to be sent on rather than when they expect it to arrive. We feel there could have been a misunderstanding here that a member of our customer service team will discuss further with you.

I have already stated that I never did select the 26th February as the delivery date, although there was a calendar which said I could select a reminder and on that I selected the 26th. I used to like the cards in scribbler but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired, as obviously, it is my fault. Think I'll shop elsewhere.
