I hadn't realized the card would be shipped from the Channel Islands. As a result, it took a week to get here - 4 days after the anniversary for which it was intended.

We are sorry to hear that your card arrived late and would like to try to see why this has occurred. Although we do post our cards from Guernsey, they are sent daily and then get put into the Royal Mail delivery system. We state that cards can take up to three working days to arrive which allows enough time for them to be delivered. A member of our customer service team will be in contact with you shortly to discuss further.
