We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you for your feedback. We use Royal Mail for our UK deliveries who advise that although 90% of First Class post in the UK will arrive the next day, unfortunately it can take up to 3 working days to arrive. We are extremely sorry to your and your Mum that your card didn't arrive on time.
