Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We are sorry that your card arrived damaged and would like to assure you that all our cards leave our printers in the best condition and would certainly have not been sent to any of our customers that way. We would very much like to look into this as well as the late arrival of the card which looks to be due to the bank holiday weekend, further to resolve the situation for you.
