GPU didn't come with low profile bracket out of the box, but the sales guy at Scorptec South Melbourne gave me one anyway! (for no extra charge)

However, not good to hear that your experience with the confusion with the 2 products of similar names - GB-BXi5-4200 and GB-BXi5H-4200 and the expected specification difference was not made clear for your buying experience.
