We have checked our ticket system for all emails that have come in but unfortunately it seems both emails you have sent haven't made it to us. We have sent you an email separately regarding how we can resolve this issue with the stamp. It certainly shouldn't imprint like that. Hi, I'm sorry you had issues with the website. If you could feedback some information regarding the browser you were using on what type of PC (Windows, mac?) and we can certainly look into this. Looking into the order, we sent the stickers out within 3 working days of receiving your order. The badges were then dispatched on the 4th February. Printed products such as stickers are printed to order and delivered within 6 working days. Button badges are hand made to order and take up to 14 working days. Kind regard's, School Stickers

Thank you for the positive review. The design your own section uses an RGB colour palette as they are being designed on screen. We then convert them from RGB to CMYK for print purposes. This can sometimes have an affect on the colour, especially if the colours are particularly bright.
