All applications are reviewed manually before cover is confirmed. As some do not meet our Underwriting criteria it isn't currently possibly to automate policy issue. Once cover is confirmed policy documents are posted the next working day or so. We can also email a policy schedule if required. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
