Thank you for your further feedback. We were disheartened by your comments regarding your dining experiences as this aspect of our operation is usually considered exceptional.  The food aspect of our package has won us much acclaim with our guests and we take pride in our culinary accolades and have gone to great lengths to provide our guests with a truly fabulous fare. However, we do realise the difficulty in meeting the culinary expectations of each and every visitor to our resort and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations in this aspect.    We do hope that despite these disappointments, in time your perception will change and you will consider us again when looking at future Caribbean Travel.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.   We are delighted that you enjoyed the gardens/surroundings and the restaurants.  We will ensure that these comments are shared  with the teams so that we can thank and congratulate them for a job well done.   

We are truly sorry that you were disappointed with certain other aspects of your stay and we are never pleased to learn when a guest has returned home disappointed.  The feedback received to date regarding the work has largely been very positive and whilst we understand it is visible from certain areas around the resort, we understand it has not caused any disruption to guests who are holidaying and we sincerely apologise if your experience was not similarly positive.  Please be assured this work was in no way meant to disrupt your holiday, but to develop and enhance our existing product. 

We do hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future and demonstrate a true Sandals experience.
