Ok but been to better
Not great, better for Americans. They pretty much treat us as second class citizens. No welcome when we got to the resort. Wrong room and poor trip with no alternative. Poor information when leaving

Enjoyable but not sure of a return
The service was above and beyond. All staff were more than helpful and met us with a greeting and friendly smile each day. Nothing was too much trouble or bother.

Sandals Negril - still our favourite holiday destination
Overall the service was very good. It was disappointing that, even though our flight was on time, we were told staff had gone home for the day so did not receive the usual welcoming chilled towel...
