Bad service
Staff not very helpful and really quite rude, I will be thinking twice about shopping there again. I feel they only want to help the customer with a trade card which is wrong, they prefer to stand...

Amazing!
The lady who helped us find the right colour was amazing. We wouldn’t have found the right colour without her - she let us try all the hair and advised on the amount and colour. Brilliant service!
