Wells situated in Madrid
Everything went smoothly. Planes, airport transfers both ways were on time. Everyone was helpful & friendly - couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was clean cool and well equipped.

I hope you had an enjoyable holiday on board the Yasawa Princess despite that you feel that our service was inefficient, this has been an extremely busy booking period for us as a result of our special booking offer for the Yasawa Princess proving very popular. We have taken steps to improve this situation. The telephone system has been fixed to ensure the line is clear and we also have an extra member of staff.
