Dear valued customer , I so sorry to read that you are unhappy regarding your purchase , Please accept my apologies . I have looked into your order and the day it was purchased was on our first day of Our Warehouse clearance event in August . The mattress was one of many items that we were on sale and on that day it was extremely busy . All the items were marked up to clear and I believe you took the mattress with you . It is not our intention to miss lead any of our customers , so again please accept my apologises . kindest regards . The Store Manager.
