We are sorry to hear that you feel you had bad service from Roomes - As we explained to you, you chose the colour of the chair, the feet and the stud options therefore the chair was made to your specification - As stated in our Terms & Conditions at the moment of purchase we do not refund these item unless there is a manufacturing fault which in this case there is not - We do not like to disappoint our customer and again sorry to read you feel we have - Roomes Furniture & Interiors
