Hi, we are sorry you are disappointed with our service. You should receive an email confirmation of your order which states the delivery method. In this case, your light is sent by Royal Mail so we do not have a booking in service as we do with our furniture. We appreciate your comment regarding the returns label as there should have been one in your delivery and this feedback is very valuable to us to help us improve. Regarding the packaging, it is just a plain box so I am sorry it was not as you expected. Kind regards RTG
