We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the courier delivery and product. I am guessing the courier tried to use their initiative rather than return later, but caused more problems by doing so. Maybe the pressure of volumes and expectations at Christmas. Regarding the product we offer a full satisfaction guarantee with all our products. Meaning we offer a full refund if you do not wish to keep the clock for any reason. We make tens of thousands of clocks per year and supply to customers right across the globe with lots of positive feedback, so it is particularly disappointing to see your comments. We will of course issue a full refund, but maybe we might offer you an alternative clock with more features such as a metal case or brass pendulum?
