You have raised a very important observation that has lead us to identify an issue within our search function, something that the eCommerce team are now working to resolve. Whilst we are in the process of implementing a more advanced search functionality, I would recommend searching by product code and adding this to your favourites to save time in the future. Now that we have discusses this on the telephone, we are adding the products that you require to The Ricoh eShop and making them available for you to purchase, (I will confirm with you via email the product codes that you require as soon as they are live). We do always try to make sure that our online store is stocked with quality products that meet our customer’s needs. We have over 60,000 products available within The Ricoh eShop, ranging from media and consumables through to a comprehensive range of IT products and software solutions. Any product that you require outside of this range, we will do our best to make it available to you and all our customers; simply let us know what you require by completing an ‘enquiry form’, located under the ‘contact us’ section, or talk to us using our ‘Live Chat’ service. Can I also suggest using our ‘Favourites’ tool so that it is more easily accessible to you, should you wish to order this product again in the future.
