We are very sorry that your order for Duresta upholstery has taken so long to come. The delay has been caused by multiple factors such as shortages in the supply chain, factory relocation and covid related issues. We have been given several delivery dates and been let down on all. We have been assured that your goods have been made and were even told they had been despatched. Hence we reserved two delivery spots in anticipation of delivery to you prior to Christmas. After several phone calls and emails to Duresta to establish when the exact delivery date would be we were told that the goods could not be located in the factory, or with the delivery company. Duresta were doing a stock take prior to Christmas in an attempt to locate your goods. We are still waiting to hear from them and will be in contact when they return to work after the Christmas break. We are also sorry that you were unhappy that the loan furniture we supplied did not match. The sofa and accent chair were from the same range, brand new and taken from the showroom. For showroom purposes we often show the accent chair in a complimentary cover so making it easier for the customer to visualise the goods with a different look We will be contacting you in the New Year with an update when hopefully your order has been found.
