Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed with weekly updates and when everything looked as though it might fall apart Retties pulled out all the stops to ensure the sale went through.

It is extremely disappointing for us to hear how unhappy you are with the service received, though not altogether surprising given our extensive communication during the period of our involvement. It is particularly worrying that you felt we were unwelcoming, cold and unfriendly. This certainly wasn’t our intention and I do apologise if we came across this way.
All of our marketing recommendations were set out in our original marketing letter. The price achieved was in line with the Home Report valuation and with what we said was achievable under current market conditions at that time.
We are genuinely sorry the whole experience was not to your satisfaction.
