Sorry for your dissatisfaction. Your lead writer replied to your question shortly after you submitted it. Her response 1) clarified that the cover letter was included in the original file and 2) asked you to email or set up a phone chat to discuss your resume and what you liked/didn't like so that the team could produce a more finalized draft. We never heard back from you again until this review! We are standing by to work together to complete the final version. Please email us, call us, or let us know when the best time(s) are to call you!...

Just following up...I see that your lead writer's manager left you messages on January 5th & 6th...and you emailed us today on January 9th. That same manager is responding to your email but I urge you to have a phone chat with us so that we can best interpret your goals and create a revised document that you LOVE...

Hello Andrew,
Thank you - your follow-up has been great. However, I have only received one voicemail, which actually came to me on Sunday PM. I have gone into the site - I have check tickets and don't see any contact from anyone or responses. I provided times I was available to speak. I have since gone in again, to ask, you to call me on my number and to email me at my email. I don't want to go into your system where I can't see anything you are speaking of above. Please review the latest response/note that highlight just a few of my major concerns, plus an updated CV that I have spent today on. I also had a few peers read the one sent and, universally (I didn't say I had someone write it) they all said they wouldn't get past the profile section because every word in the book is there. Sorry - not trying to make the person who wrote this feel bad - but again, maybe someone with some experience in my key industry and, oh, someone who understands a little bit about doing business globally.

I just want to start by saying thank you resume writer group for the resume I got my resume on Christmas started putting in applications about six of them before January 2nd I had a phone interview on January 4th I had an interview and I got the job making $0.50 more than I already do so thank you and I appreciate it will be doing more business with you thank you
