Sorry to hear this. I see that you received the resume we wrote for you more than 60 days ago and this is the first we've heard about any dissatisfaction. I understand that you emailed your writer at around the same time you posted this feedback and informed her that you were unhappy with two things: 1) that the resume did not appear to be centered properly and 2) that you felt we simply re-worded parts of your original resume. I see that they replied promptly and sent you copy as a .PDF so that you could see the correct, perfectly centered formatting on your screen. I also see that that they sent you the message below clarifying the extensive work they did on your resume and offering to assist you further if you'd still like something else revised...

a. a tagline under your name to quickly sell your qualifications
b. a key areas of expertise prominently cited at the top of your resume
c. brief introductory paragraph selling your skills to a potential employer using strong, descriptive terms
d. correcting verb tense issues; your previous resume had your 2008-2018 role written in BOTH past AND present tense
e. clearly separating job descriptions from job accomplishments by placing job accomplishments in BOLD to draw the eye to your tangible results.
f. creating a concise and cleanly presented ONE-page presentation rather than spreading out 2-3 jobs unnecessarily across 3 pages, which is what your previous resume showed.
g. adding and clarifying your associate's degree, your further credentials, your specialized training - all of which were NOT included on the previous resume. We also removed high school information which is unnecessary to include on resumes
h. removing outdated volunteer experience from 14-23 years ago; keep in mind employers are only interested in this if it is current or within the last 5 years. ALSO - keep in mind that you gave us TWO very different job goals; we geared the document toward the FIRST-listed goal, as one document used unchanged cannot be used for both of these very different objectives.

We're sorry to hear that you're so disappointed with our rewrite/revision policy.

Please understand that it simply wouldn't be feasible for us to offer each client a lifetime of free revisions while the cost of our services remains so low.

That said, we certainly do make exceptions and perform small revisions outside of the 30 days at no charge. However, when revisions are substantial, there must be a fee imposed (after 30 days) to cover the cost of our writing team's time/labor. Even with that small fee, it still works out to be a better price than most would charge if they were to initialy pay for a resume PLUS an extended period of "free" revisions.

If there is anything we can do to further revise the resume that we created for you, we're happy to do so at a very minimal cost.
