I can't say much as we took a insurance with them,but never used it yet(and hope I don't need to use it:))). Polite on a phone.Sound as a good deal and price.

good customer service well spoken easy to set up, lewis at your teignmouth branch very friendly approachable, thank you.
spoke to lewis at your teignmouth call centre he was excellent i hadn't set up my let yet but he made me a quote and called me back to discuss the quote sent it all in an email and even rang me back...

Intially good terrible checks
The initail phone call was great Daniel was very helpful with talking us through all the steps. However we were constantly called afterwards in regards to setting up insurnace with our landlord only...
