We are sorry to hear the collection did not go as smoothly as we would expect.

We would like to apologise on behalf of the collecting company for the miscommunication between the office and the driver on the day of collection and for the driver not being very informative regarding the certificate of destruction.

Just to confirm, the Certificate of Destruction (CoD) are usually issued within 48 hours after vehicles have been collected. I am also pleased to confirm a COD was emailed to you within this estimated time period.

Apologies once again for any inconvenience caused and I hope we can be of some assistance again in the future.
