Car was collected OK, but then get call few days later, asking me when they can collect car? If they don't even know they already collected vehicle , begs question have they informed DVLA?

Apologies for what seems to have been a slight misunderstanding at the collections office.

I can see your vehicle was collected, payment was made same day and a certificate of destruction (from DVLA) sent to you on 17.11.17. Please check your email - perhaps your spam/junk box also.
