I was sorry to read your review this morning. Please accept our sincere apologies for the problems that you have experienced. You should have received a note in your package to say that our Australian partner only had one in stock and the other items will follow as they are waiting for goods to clear customs. We have started using an Australian partner to try to speed up delivery times for our customers in the region. Sadly, customs are taking a long time to process shipments at the moment and the goods have still not cleared. We will send another package from the UK to see if this one clears more quickly We apologise for the fact that the orders team didn’t pick up your email, the service that you’ve received isn’t up to our normal standards. We are putting new procedures in place and have discussed how this can be rectified going forwards.
