Our Deluxe Car Hire Insurance provides cover of up to £50,000 in the US where the excesses can be higher especially if you do not take out the hire car company's Collision Damage Waiver ('CDW'). We do not cover Supplemental Liability Insurance ('SLI'). We're really pleased that you found the site easy to use, we have tried not to over-complicate things! The first email is sent without attachments in order to ensure that your Internet Service Provider (‘ISP’) allows this email to get through your spam or junk filter. The second email contains your policy documents as attachments. If we only sent the second email, your ISP might filter this as spam or junk. So sending 2 emails is a belt and braces approach to ensure that you receive your policy documents. The only other email that you have received, comes from feefo asking for feedback.
