I am very sorry you feel you have not had a positive experience with the service. I have checked your order details and can see the eGift Card was successfully emailed to the requested recipients email address noted in your order on 01/10/2021 at 18:09 (sometimes these end up in junk/spam folders depending on privacy settings).
When you place an order and request this is sent as a gift, we also send you an order confirmation email which includes details of the recipients email address (confirming where we've sent the email to). This completed order email also allows you to access the eGift Card.
