A good service spoilt by the absolute rip off price a prime example of a company that abuses its position by charging the general public over inflated prices just because it’s a public holiday

It was a pleasure using Red Funnel for our crossing to the Isle of Wight. Friendly staff. Nice food with lots of choice. A great and efficient service.

Good communication prior to our sailing. Great customer service checking in. Also very friendly staff on board. Relaxing journey both ways. Plenty of space in dog lounge too.

Really enjoyable journey from getting on the ferry to getting off the ferry well organised

All good - left on time going to the IOW and also on return - we only just made but was allowed on and it left on time - so good that late arrivals are still allowed on. No food but had coffee
