Excellent service in the lounge, easy on-and off-boarding helped by nice and friendly crew on deck.

OK but the lifts were out of action and we had to take an old dog to the top lounge.

The customer service is amazing with this company. Nothing is too much trouble everybody is polite. Would not hesitate in recommending to anybody I know.
