Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

RCNi Learning has more than 200 CPD Modules on over 43 subjects. All modules count towards your CPD hours for revalidation. You also have access via your subscription to Cancer Nursing Practice to the Journal, the archive of Cancer Nursing Practice and you can download 10 articles per month from any of the other journals online.
