We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dissapionted with what was agreed when took up subscription

As far as I am cocerned I have not recieved my clinical evidence monthly magazine so am not sure what I am subscribing too and for what, also consider that the monthly payment to the RCN should...

Hi Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. As you are subscribed to Evidence Based Nursing which is a quarterly journal. Your subscription begins with the July issue. Your subscription also includes access to the learning modules and the online portfolio. Also included is access to 10 articles monthly from any of our other journals.
