Following your earlier contact with our customer relations team, thanks for taking the time to add your comments to our Feefo page. We chose this Athena Pallas Village hotel as it was something a little different from the traditional small Greek hotel but still retaining a comfortable and welcoming feel. The owner bought the original hotel and then went on to purchase additional nearby buildings so that although the hotel is quite large, it's not a high rise block and with several places to eat, a central bar area and a few swimming pools it is intended to feel like a small village. We understand that the hotel was particularly busy during your stay which appears to have had an impact on the anticipated ambience during your stay.
