Thanks for letting us have your comments following your holiday earlier this year. We're aware that the Hotel Falassarna is a simple family-run Greek hotel, it's one of the few two-star properties in our programme. Apologies for the confusion over your return flight ticket, we believe that this was the result of a print error on our new ticketing machine rather than an actual booking error although we accept that this must have caused you some concern. We're sorry too that the walking programme seems to have caused you some alarm, we do get into some spectacular and wild country despite the simple tracks!
