Thanks for your feedback although we're sorry that you didn't enjoy this holiday in July with us as much as you had hoped. The Welbeck Hotel generally receives very positive reports so it was disappointing and concerning to hear of your illness during the holiday - we did of course raise your concerns with them. It was also disappointing that the holiday was marred by an extended flight delay when returning to the mainland. We do however hope that you enjoyed your Christmas holiday with us to the Algarve somewhat better! Angus Russell Planning Manager
