Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Although on these cruise ship based holidays we do seek to arrange the best possible shore walking activity in the time ashore available, a reasonable amount of flexibility in the arrangements is necessary. Feedback from your fellow travellers indicated that some thought the walks too long or too short.
