Good from the point of view that they do not stay overnight in Cologne as do Greatrail and Raildiscoveries. Adds extra day to your stay. They made a mistake with my booking last year but rectified it...

Thank you very much for your feedback and your kind words about my colleagues. I think I recall the issue you mentioned and I'm glad we sorted it to your satisfaction. Although one or two of our tours stay a night in Cologne, I have to agree that it gets a bit monotonous when every tour stays there. And I say that after 8 years' experience at GRJ before I found Railtrail. We hope you will continue to enjoy your Railtrail holidays.
