Our fault entirely. There are very slight variations in design, depending on the magnification and we should have stated this clearly. Details and lots of photos now at http://www.quicktest.co.uk/binocmag-surgeons.htm. Customer requested refund, which was given immediately. Anything bought buy by mail can be returned for refund if not suitable, it is not necessary to give negative feedback the instant you try the item. Incidentally, the item was brand new and absolutely perfect, I think this customer just likes complaining.
