Non delivery, where are my goods!!
Now 11 days since placing order no goods received no update from Qubox as to likely delivery. Goods supposedly despatched but cant track.

Dear valued customer. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service and for this we can only apologise. We did notify you of despatch and your furniture is being delivered with a two-man delivery team who will contact you to book in and will give a 30 min time slot. This service is not trackable. We understand that delivery has taken slightly longer than expected, however we do state to allow extra time on deliveries during these difficult times while delivery networks are overwhelmed.

Purchased a metal shed, it was not the 'tinny' variety, so should stand up to the British weather. Haven't erected it yet though.
