The main industry we supply to is the industrial sector, therefore our sales team are specially trained in this area. We don't frequently supply to the automotive industry therefore, it isn't something we are widely trained in currently. However, this is something we will take on board and look into in the future. In regards to the country of origin of the bearings you ordered, NSK are a world-renowned brand and they do mainly manufacture their products in Japan. On this occasion they were manufactured in Poland and India however, this will not interfere with the quality or spec of the items as everything is manufactured to the same high quality standard.
