After investigating your order I can see a delay in dispatch due to a stock issue we had. Our typical protocol with all order delays is to inform the customer in a timely manor which unfortunately didn't happen on this occasion. Please be assured this isn't a true reflection of the service we aim to offer to all of our customers. To make up for any inconvenience this may have caused, we are going to issue you with a full refund.
